Danniella Westbrook proudly showed off the results of her nose job as she attended a star-studded event in London last night.
The former EastEnders star, 48, recently underwent the surgery after years of drug abuse changed her face.
Danniella has enjoyed a number of treatments over the past year including Botox, fillers and reconstruction work on her nose.
On Thursday, the soap star commanded attention in a very bold outfit as posed for snaps at the Celeb MMA party at Lit London.
Danniella's fresh new nose was prominent in photos taken at the event.
She looked incredible in a summery playsuit and wedges, which she paired with a printed blazer.
The star did some playful poses on the red carpet, including a peace sign.
In March, Danniella revealed she was going to have part of one of her ribs inserted into her face as part of an ambitious cosmetic procedure to salvage her crumbling face.
The star has been an open book about the way her body was brutalised by years of cocaine abuse – with parts of her nose completely falling off over the years as she struggled with addiction.
The actress previously said that she "hates" the way she looks and that she "pretends she's fine".
She told The Sun: “People message me, saying, ‘You’re so ugly, you’re a junkie, you should just go and kill yourself’. I’ve also had messages saying they are glad I’m not coming back to EastEnders because no one wants me scaring their kids on the telly.
"Sometimes I wake up and think ‘I don’t want to die today but I don’t want to face the world either’."
The star said she has been booked in for five cosmetic surgeries to alter her appearance including one procedure at Liverpool's Aintree Hospital which will see part of one of her ribs inserted into her cheek.
Danniella decided to move to Harrogate after being sick of the "fake lifestyle".
She said that the area was "champagne taste and lemonade money", adding that the sporty cars the locals drive around in are on hire purchase.
Danniella said that the people she lives near now are more "genuine" and that the focus isn't all on money.
