The 48-year-old ex-EastEnders star had enjoyed an evening out at The Ivy Chelsea Garden and was clearly feeling herself as she took a taxi back home after her night out.
The star looked in good spirits as she also showed off the results of her recent cosmetic surgeries – having enjoyed a number of treatments over the past year including Botox, fillers and reconstruction work on her nose.
