Danniella Westbrook asks for fans' help after sharing worrying clip

Danniella Westbrook has used her social media platform to ask for help.

The ex-EastEnders actress revealed that her friend's goddaughter was brutally attacked as she shared a video of the disturbing incident. Youths could be seen dragging the young girl by her hair as they violently kicked her in the head and face.

The soap star said that she was "really upset" by the attack and begged people to "stop the violence." She said that she wanted justice for the young girl and "no one deserves to be bullied."

Danniella posted to her Instagram account, as she sat getting her make up done ahead of an appearance on GB News. She captioned the post: "Stop the violence please and share the video on my story pls any details contact @carlamurray17 @essexpolice.uk"

In the clip, she said: "I just wanted to jump on quickly, if you have seen my last [Instagram] Story. There was a little girl yesterday who got brutally beaten up in Loughton High Street.

"Nobody stopped to help her - one little girl on her own and people videoing it. Everyone was beating her up.

"It's actually really really upset me. It was my friend's little goddaughter who has been beaten up, so anyone who knows anything about it please share it."

Danniella continued: "If it was your child do the right thing and turn them in. If that was my kid beating someone up I would be the first person to drag them down to the police station, let me tell you that. I don't abide bullying by anyone and if that was my kid I would be really ashamed. They have really hurt this little girl and more so what they have done to her mental health going forward is going to be terrible."

She signed off by saying: "Let's get some justice for this little girl. Please I am begging you. Please share it. Let's stop bullying everywhere across the country, no one deserves to be bullied."

Fans flocked to the comments to issue their support. Debra said: "People need to speak up well done for this ...x"

Another user said: "Omg ive just seen it thats so shocking and sad. People need to speak up." Meanwhile, Michelle said: "Omg watching this as a mother myself made me so angry so can’t imagine how her mum feels. Absolutely vile. I hope her daughter is ok"
