Danniella Westbrook says medics saved her life after she was rushed to hospital claiming she was just 'hours away' from a cardiac arrest.
The former EastEnders star has offered a health update after being whisked off to Whipps Cross on Friday.
The 49-year-old said that she was suffering from a tight chest which left her fearing for her life.
The actress shared footage of herself in the back of an ambulance receiving gas and air, with a small tube wrapped around her face.
Danniella has updated her fans by sharing a selfie on Instagram as urged others to keep an eye out for similar symptoms.
It's a further health set back for the star, who was dashed to hospital twice in the summer after after suffering from Septicemia.
Taking to social media, she wrote: "Whips cross just saved my life and I am forever grateful.
"If you have this flu bug and tight chest ring an ambulance I was hours away from a cardiac arrest my chest was so tight . Now I need complete bed rest for a few days #blessed."
Danniella had spoken about her ill health in recent days and told fans that she has been experiencing seizures on Instagram earlier this week.
The actress said she was suffering from various symptoms, including being unable to "get anything to go down" and "burning up". She also commented: "My throat is so bad."
Danniella had said she'd been crying over it all. Discussing her experience, she told her followers: "I just keep crying, you know when you are that ill and you just keep crying".
“I have come on to get some advice from people because I keep passing out and every now and again I am having seizures," Danniella told her fanbase.
Many fans flocked to the comments to send the former EastEnders actress well wishes.
One wrote: "Get better soon gorgeous."
While one added: "Oh babe I'm so sorry but so grateful ur OK rest darling x."
Another commented: "Hope ur ok babe get well soon make sure you look after urself."
The hospital dash came after Danniella went under the knife to reconstruct her face. The 49-year-old was left with crumbling features after overcoming her drug addiction and battling osteoporosis.
Danniella said she went ahead with the surgery to restore her confidence after being sent horrific taunts by online trolls.
The mum-of-two opted for facial reconstructive surgery on the NHS after private plastic surgeons told her the op would set her back £500,000.
