It has been another week in the headlines for Tottenham Hotspur on and off the pitch.
football.london understands that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and Qatar Sports Investments head Nasser Al-Khelaifi met in a London hotel last week and the subject of investing in the club was discussed among other topics. However, the north London club continue to state categorically that there is no truth in suggestions that any discussions have been held with QSI regarding equity of the club.
It all comes in a week when Antonio Conte is preparing his Tottenham team to face Premier League table-toppers and local rivals Arsenal in Sunday's North London Derby. The Spurs boss is hoping to have a number of his injured players back in time for the match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
