Tottenham Luis Diaz Adama Traore Spurs Antonio Conte Lilywhites Porto

Both Luis Diaz and Adama Traore looked destined to join Tottenham before deadline day but, as we know with the Lilywhites, things can get complicated when it comes to transfers.

The pair are now very close to completing moves elsewhere with the Porto man packing his bags for Merseyside whilst Traore swaps the west Midlands for Barcelona.

On the former, according to the Liverpool Echo, the Reds have made an offer 'close to £50million' to Porto for the Colombia international. Liverpool never planned to make a move this month, but with Spurs holding talks earlier in the week, the Merseyside club saw their hand forced somewhat.
