Daniel Dubois’ trainer has accused Oleksandr Usyk of “conning the boxing world” in the low blow controversy from the pair’s first fight and even questioned his religion in a fiery clash ahead of a summer rematch.
After Monday’s tense face-off at Wembley Stadium in which Dubois made headlines for shoving Usyk, the respective heavyweight champions returned on Tuesday for a first press conference ahead of their confirmed London showdown on June 19 which will see undisputed status up for grabs once again in boxing’s glamour division.
