Daniel Craig has been announced as a new ambassador for Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital (LHCH) Charity.

The actor, best known for his leading role as James Bond in the eponymous franchise, joins the charity in the same year the NHS celebrates its 75th birthday.

LHCH Charity partners with Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, the twice-outstanding rated specialist cardiothoracic centre.
