Dani Dyer packs hospital bag ready to give birth to twins as she decides on baby names

Dani Dyer has revealed she’s trying her best to be “organised” ahead of her twin daughters’ arrival and that she’s decided at least one of her babies’ names.

The Love Island star, 26, announced she and her footballer beau Jarrod Bowen, also 26, are expecting twins earlier this year. She shared the happy news in January as she posted a photo of her son Santi holding a board with two ultrasound scan images and the words "I'm going to be a big brother to twins" written on top.

She is also a proud mum to son Santiago, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence. Following her first son's birth in 2021, Dani was forced to hit back at people who urged her to change the tot's moniker.

In her current pregnancy Dani, who recently revealed the gender of her identical twins in a sweet unveiling, has been keeping fans up to date as she regularly posts on her Instagram, sharing her daily life and pregnancy journey so far.

The daughter of former EastEnders star Danny Dyer took part in a question and answer session with fans on her Instagram story on Easter Monday.

Dani, 26, who has more than 3.7million followers on Instagram, took to her Stories for a candid Q&A, in which revealed she is prepared for their arrival, but is still realising she has things to buy.

“Have you finished shopping for the babies yet? (Not that you’ve ever finished I know [laughing face emoji]),” one fan asked.

Dani replied: “Whenever I feel like I’m finished I remember I need something else [laughing face emoji].

“I think it’s never ending of just buying! I’m not going to over order too much, I will wait until they are here and then decide as I really am not sure on how small/big they will be.” [sic]

She revealed she’s having “some” twin buggies delivered and that she’s trying to be more prepared this time around.

“How many weeks do you pack your hospital bag, I’m 33 weeks and not sure when to start x,” another fan asked.

“Everyone is different I didn’t pack mine until around that time with santi.. But because the girls could come a bit earlier I’m trying to be more organised,” she explained. [sic]

Elsewhere in the Q&A, Dani revealed she was asked if she is set on both of the girls’ names.

She revealed: “My name is definitely set… however jarrod still isn’t sure on what he wants to call one of the babies so I think we will just wait until they are here.. I think once they are in your arms then you know for sure [heart emoji].” [sic]

Last month Dani opened up on her 'mum guilt' after booking in for a C-section ahead of the arrival of her twins.

Despite initially craving a natural birth, she’s opted for a C-section due to difficulties suffered when her first child Santiago was born.

Dani said knows it's the best thing but admits she still has concerns.

In a candid Instagram post, the star said: “I am so excited for our family to be growing.

"I feel so lucky and blessed to be having 2 more babies.. but I just feel like I have so many worries going around in my head that I need to just get them all out.

"I remember one of my friends having a second baby and telling me about the second baby guilt she had and I never understood it until I fell pregnant again!

"Honestly the mum guilt never ends I don’t think."

Dani and Jarrod first became an item in December 2021 when the TV personality confirmed the romance on The Lateish Show With Mo Gilligan and their relationship has gone from strength to strength.

She won the hugely popular ITV2 reality dating show Love Island in 2018 alongside Jack Fincham before their relationship broke down.

Before she appeared on Love Island, she was in a relationship with Sammy Kimmence and their romance was rekindled shortly after her split with Jack.

Dani and Sammy announced they were to become parents for the first time in July 2020 and welcomed Santiago the following January.

However, they split when Sammy was sentenced to 42 months in jail having admitted to defrauding pensioners. He was released in December 2022.
