Dani Dyer is making £5,000 a month from renting out her old home after moving in with boyfriend Jarrod Bowen, according to reports.
The mum-of-one, 26, who is the daughter of EastEnders star Danny, is said to have put her £725,000 pad on the market and is also renting out her Essex apartment.
Love Island Dani winner reportedly shared the three-bedroom flat with her son, Santiago, one and ex Sammy Kimmence before moving into the palatial pile, also in Essex.
The Mirror has contacted Dani's reps for comment.
Sammy was jailed for three-and-a-half years after scamming two pensioners out of £34,000 by pretending to be a financial investor.
Dani later moved on with West Ham star Jarrod and the pair are now said to be living together at his mansion in Essex.
While taking part in an Instagram Q&A recently, the influencer was asked whether she'd moved in with the footballer.
Dani responded: "We are very back and forth between two houses but soon we will be for sure."
She was then asked if she thinks Jarrod will pop the question, to which the star replied: "Well that's down to him. I think I'm wife material to be honest."
A source told The Sun : “Dani and Jarrod have shown their commitment to each other by moving in together.
“It’s a really exciting time and they can’t wait to set up a family home.”
Jarrod and Dani first went public last December with West Ham fan Danny giving the relationship his blessing.
When asked what the actor thought of her new beau, Dani said: "My dad thinks Jarrod’s a lovely guy. He’s invested in all of the West Ham players – because he supports the team and follows some of them, he’s like: 'They’re all my friends.’ I’m like: ‘Right, OK, Dad.'"
Dani praised her parents for helping her look after her son Santiago in BBC's Tiny Happy People back in April.
Explaining that she relied on the support of her dad and mum Joanne Mas since becoming a single mother, she said: "The way they have been there for me is honestly just such a dream.
"There have been some long nights, if Santi's not been well, where I really struggled and I've just needed to have a chat or a sleep in the afternoon. And they've been there for me. Knowing I've got them, I am blessed with that."
