Singer Siva Kaneswaran has revealed that he suffered a head injury which left him mildly concussed before the upcoming series of Dancing on Ice.
The 34-year-old musician from The Wanted is working hard ahead of Sunday's ITV debut, however, he says that his confidence has took a knock after hitting his head in a "serious fall".
Speaking to The Daily Star at a recent round table press conference - the star explained exactly what took place and how it has affected him.

He said: "Friday just past, I had a serious fall, I hit the back of my head so I've been diagnosed with a mild concussion as of today," adding: "To get back on the ice it can really shake your confidence. But I expected this and we're just trying to stay focused and determined and I know that this is part of the whole journey."
When asked whether he was rushed to hospital, the Glad You Came singer confirmed that he didn't have to go due to a medic being on standby at the ice rink. Siva explained: "No, luckily we have a medic beside the rink and we have a physio in the building too.
"So they had my blood pressure, blood taking and they checked my eyes, so they were all there. I'm still here and I'm OK."
Siva also went on to add that his dance partner Klabera Komini asked whether he was okay when he fell, to which he replied: "No I am not."
Last year, Siva was left heartbroken following the death of his band member Tom Parker who sadly passed away in March from brain cancer. Talking to This Morning presenters Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond on Friday, Siva said Tom inspired him to sign up for Dancing on Ice.
He explained: "I wanted to take what happened with Tom, you know losing Tom and I was inspired by him and his fight, and take that bravery onto the ice to show people that when you fall down you can get back up."
"I’m doing it obviously to carry on his memory," the star added.
Dancing on Ice returns on Sunday, January 15 at 6.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX
