Dan Walker opened up on his recovery after his recent bike crash as he admitted he's "okay" although doctors still have some "concerns".
Loose Women host Ruth Langsford complimented Dan on "looking well" as the Channel 5 news presenter addressed his injuries.
"Your make up artist is excellent," Dan joked before added: "I still can't feel a part of my lip and I've got a lump on my hip and I might have to have a tooth out because they're slightly concerned that I might have loss blood supply.
"But I'm okay. I'm really grateful I haven't broken any bones, I'm still here and I went back on a bike 10 days ago."
Dan admitted he was nervous at first but pushed himself to power through.
He said: "My accident was on a roundabout, the first roundabout I got to I had a bit of a [wobble] and told myself, 'Stay focussed.'
"But the way I look at it is, I've got to get back out there, I've got to do it again because I cycle a lot and I drive a lot. I think driving has made me a better cyclist and I think cycling has made me a better driver."
Dan recently wrote in The Times that he's "confident" he wasn't to blame for the horror crash that took place earlier this year.
"I am confident that I am not to blame and I hope this can be resolved outside the courts," he said. “I know I could have died but I also know how easy it is to make a mistake, even when you’re trying to be careful.
“I can’t really remember what they (the driver) looked like, from that moment they were looking over me as I came round, but I do recall that they looked deeply distressed and I imagine it is all they are thinking about at the moment."
Dan joined Tuesday's Loose Women to discuss his new Channel 5 series Vanished which focusses on the UK's missing people.
The series follows a one-off special Vanished: Where is Nicola Bulley? which was fronted by the broadcaster about the search for the missing mum before her body was eventually found in the River Wyre.
Loose Women airs on ITV on weekdays at 12.30pm.
