Dan Walker says helmet saved his life as he issues new update following horror crash

Dan Walker has said he's "thankful to still be here" after a a car knocked him off his bike.

The former Strictly Come Dancing star returned home from hospital and reminded fans to always wear their helmet when cycling, as he said his is the reason he's still alive.

The Channel 5 presenter said he couldn't remember the crash but he didn't break any bones.
