First up, we have director J.A. Bayona's latest masterpiece, 'Society of the Snow,' which crash-lands onto Netflix on January 4th. Inspired by the true story of the Uruguayan Air Force Flight that crashed in the Andes mountains in 1972, this Spanish-language film takes a fresh look at the harrowing survival tale. Bayona, known for his ability to create gripping stories, wanted to not only focus on the survivors but also shed light on those who didn't make it. Prepare for a documentary-style experience that will leave you on the edge of your seat.
