Damian Lewis has insisted his music is not an "act of therapy" to process the death of his wife.
The 55-year-old actor released his debut LP, Mission Creep, in 2023, just two years after Helen McCrory lost her battle with cancer, and while he noted the record is "infused" with his state of mind at the time, it wasn't a deliberate choice to work through his feelings in song.
