Two men have been arrested and charged in Canada following a shooting at a home in Surrey that police say is linked to extortion threats.

The incident took place on April 22 at around 12:40 am in the 13400 block of 87A Avenue, according to the Surrey Police Service. Officers responded after reports of gunfire and later confirmed damage to both a residence and a vehicle. No one was injured.
