Lian Bichsel has been selected by the Dallas Stars with the 18th overall pick in the first round of the NHL draft.
Bichsel, 18, is a huge defenseman coming in at 6-foot-5, 225 pounds. He played for Leksand in Sweden last year.
When he was being interview by the NHL teams, he was asked which animal best describes him. “A gorilla,” he said.
