Ange Postecoglou has offered an injury update on Daizen Maeda after the forward limped off after finding the net against Hearts.
The Scottish Premiership leaders survived an early scare against Robbie Neilson's side when Josh Ginnelly, with Maeda levelling the game before he came off injured after a clash with Zander Clark as he found the net. Kyogo Furuhashi would put Celtic in front before Sead Haksabanovic rounded off the 3-1 victory late on in Celtic Park.
With the crucial Scottish Cup rematch between the sides set to take place at Tynecastle on Saturday, the only blemish on the Hoops' showing was Maeda's knock in the first half. Postecoglou admitted there was no guarantees the Japan cap would make the quarter final showdown in the capital after the awkward coming together.
The Celtic boss told BBC Sportsound: "It's a knock on the knee. We will just have to see, it's a short turnaround to Saturday so we will just have to see how he is. Hopefully it's nothing too serious."
