Daisy May Cooper makes glamorous red carpet debut with new man after marriage split

Daisy May Cooper upped the glamour as she walked The NME Awards 2022 red carpet last night.

The This Country star pulled out all the stops to ensure she turned heads by stepping out in a black blazer dress that allowed her long legs to be on display at London's O2 Academy Brixton

Daisy - who co-hosted the awards with Grime star Lady Leshurr - continued her dazzling look by slipping her feet into gold stiletto heels and made sure she was camera-ready by having her hair styled in a high ponytail and sporting a face of luminous make-up.

And it could be that Daisy's new partner is the reason that she was oozing confidence as she proudly paraded her new man, whose name is not known, at the event.

Daisy, 35, looked in high spirits as she posed up a storm alongside her beau - who is the first man she has gone public with since ending her marriage to Will Weston in 2021.

The actress' guest made sure he was red carpet ready by dressing in a black suit with the jacket crafted out of shiny material with a subtle paisley design.

Proud to be on Daisy's arm, he happily planted a kiss on her cheek in front of photographers.

Last year, Daisy dumped landscape gardener Will Weston, with who she shares kids, Pip and Jack, with.

The actress reportedly decided to end their union as she had grown “tired” of her two-year marriage amid the pressure of lockdown.

The Bafta award winner's split came ten months after the birth of their second child.

At the time, a source told The Sun: "Daisy said she had grown increasingly tired of married life and was struggling in her relationship with Will.

"They ended things for good earlier this year."

The insider added: "She has also removed Will as a director on her media business. It’s been a tough 17 months for everyone and Daisy and Will were no exception," the insider added of the former couple's relationship.

"She is trying to move on with the support of her family and friends and is putting a brave face on the split.

"They are both devoted parents to their kids."

The end of Will and Daisy's marriage came as a shock to fans as in September 2020, Daisy took to Instagram to gush about her "unreal" husband.

"The love that I have for this fella is unreal," the star captioned a shot of Will and their daughter.

"Advice for yer ladies, marry someone that you fancy, whos [sic] kind, that you can fart Infront [sic] of, who makes you laugh and isn't squeamish of a dirty sanitary pad. @willwestonlandscape."
