Dairy firm ramps up cottage cheese production as TikTok drives ‘record’ demand

A Scottish dairy company has announced it has ramped up its cottage cheese production, amid a TikTok trend that has led to “all-time record demand” for a foodstuff once associated with the 1970s and 1980s.

Graham’s Family Dairy has completed a £3.5 million extension to its Glenfield site in Fife, which it said will increase cottage cheese production by 50% and create 25 local jobs.
