A dad has revealed how he saved £2,000 a year on household bills with a "blackout hour" - and he rewards his kids for taking part.
The dad-of-four says that with there being six in the household, he was motivated to make a change as bills continue to rocket.
Emmanuel Asuquo, 37 - who lives with partner, Mariam, 38, and their four children, Malachi, 10, Ethan, nine, Elle, seven, and Mia-Rae, three - says the whole family switch off all their appliances for one hour every day.
