A hooded man who tried to grab a pram with a baby inside has been floored by a quick reaction from a dad. Kyle Howard, 31, was walking with baby Theo's pram when the incident happened.
On his way back from his mum's house, Kyle noticed a man in dark clothing walking towards him. Instantly suspicious, Kyle, from Allerton in Liverpool, kept an eye on the man, reports the LiverpoolECHO.
Kyle told the ECHO: "He had been in my sights for around 10 seconds, then he said 'give me the pram'. As I went 'no' he has placed his left hand on the pram. I struck him on the left side of his cheek and he fell back, but as he fell onto the floor he was able to hold himself up with his arm. He got up and just ran away.
