A dad was pictured in an emotional goodbye to his young son as his family boarded a train out of Ukraine - while he stayed behind to fight.
Ruslan Gladkiy gave nine year old Hordeiy one final kiss as he put him along with his daughter Emilia, 4, and wife Galina, 37, on a train to Hungary.
The little boy was so distraught during the farewell he had to take off his glasses as tears rolled down his face.
