Angry sun-seekers say they were charged £270 extra to fly home from Spain after paying £1,400 for their all-inclusive holiday.
The 27-year-old man, who asked to remain anonymous, was left 'fuming' after his party were told they have to pay even more to get back to the UK.
He and the three other passengers were each hit with a £30 check-in fee and a £38 cost to load their bags on board, the Manchester Evening News reports.
