A dad-of-two was shocked to find out he had cancer, after going to his GP for a simple test, despite having no symptoms to indicate he was suffering from the potentially deadly disease.
Kevin Saunderson was given the shattering diagnosis following a routine 'well man' blood test in April 2021, which found the protein levels in his prostate (PSA) were abnormally high.
The 47-year-old was told he has prostate cancer in August 2022, a disease which affects the small gland underneath the bladder, the Echo reports.
