Dad makes urgent plea for son, 13, to come home after he was last seen at a Wetherspoons

A worried dad has issued a desperate plea asking for help finding his young son, who was last seen at a Wetherspoons pub after the pair had a disagreement.

Jonathan Hunnisett, 13, was last seen yesterday afternoon around 2pm at the Wetherspoons in Liskeard, Cornwall.

His father Neil, who lives at Pillaton, said his son has been involved in a couple of disagreements at school and at home and is "struggling with stuff".

The Callington Community College pupil left home at 7.30am on Thursday morning and did not turn up at his classes, CornwallLive reports.

Neil, an NHS worker, said in a widely-shared Facebook post: "Please, please help me find Johno.

"He didn't turn up for school and [did] not come home last night after a disagreement at school and home. If you see him, please call the police.

"He left home in his school uniform only and rucksack. He has no money or phone.

"He is really struggling with lots of stuff at the moment and we just want him back."

He added: "He has now been missing since 7:30am yesterday. He was last spotted in Liskeard at Wetherspoons at 2pm yesterday, then nothing."

Anyone with any information is asked to call Devon and Cornwall Police on 101.
