A dad-of-two was left furious after claiming his neighbour ate part of a food order he had made for his children.
Jason Buckton, 47, had complained after he realised part of his selection from KFC hadn't made it to their front door.
After making a £27 order on Uber Eats, the food had initially been delivered to the wrong house, but was missing three boneless pieces when it eventually arrived at the correct home.
Confused as to why someone would eat a takeaway that they hadn't ordered, Jason has blamed the app for "messing up" his family dinner.

Speaking to Teeside Live, Jason said: "I was fuming.
"Obviously I wasn't going to touch it.
"The app pinged up, saying give the driver a minute to drop your order off. So I'm watching the camera and there's nothing there," recalled Jason.
"But then another message came up saying 'grab your order as it's at the door' but again there was nothing there."
He claims he finally contacted the driver after three attempts, questioning where his missing order was.
After a brief conversation, he realised that it had been delivered to a completely different address.
"The driver went back to that address, and brought it back to me. The driver said that they'd ordered from Uber Eats before so they'd just assumed it was for them!," added Jason.
"The driver then said they'd opened the package so I should make sure everything was there. I opened it and they'd ate some of the food.
"I got in touch with KFC and they'd said that because I'd used Uber Eats there was nothing they could do. But (Uber Eats) doesn't actually give you a number to phone them up."
He flagged it on the firm's app, and later that night, he was fully refunded. However he claims there's since been no personal apology.
However, after Teesside Live contacted the firm, an Uber Eats spokesperson said: "We are very sorry to hear about this drop-off error, and can confirm that the customer has been refunded in full."

Having logged his details - including his address and contact details - Jason is puzzled as to how it happened.
Yet he's even more baffled as to why anybody would take food that clearly didn't belong to him.
He took to social media to air his frustrations immediately after the incident, claiming the person was "bang out of order" to take his children's tea which they were "shovelling" in their mouths.
And he said the vast majority of people shared his anger.
"I've had the odd person saying 'do you want my number, send it my way' or 'If it had come to my house I'd have scranned the lot'," he added.
"But if it had come to my house, I'd have said 'excuse me, I haven't ordered that'."
