A dad is now fighting for his life after a horror fall from a hotel balcony in Lanzarote due to an undiagnosed chest infection.
Dan Boyle, 31, was resuscitated on the pavement below after a 30ft fall and raced to hospital. He was with his partner, Ashleigh Lomas, together with Ashleigh's sister and her partner at the time.
The tragic accident took place just six hours after they had arrived in the Canary Islands, reports the Manchester Evening News.
