Cyriel Dessers is officially a Rangers player after completing his move from Italy.
Michael Beale has been on the hunt for a new No9 for some time and he's now landed his man after a long chase. Following lengthy negotiations with Cremonese - who suffered relegation from Serie A - the Ibrox men have finally got the deal over the line. The 28-year-old becomes the sixth arrival in Govan this summer as the summer overhaul continues to take place.
Kieran Dowell, Dujon Sterling and Jack Butland all arrived on pre-contracts with deals put in place early in the summer. Fellow attacker Sam Lammers made the move from Atalanta with Abdallah Sima in the door from Brighton a season-long loan agreement. The Rangers boss has stated his desire to bring in even more additions with his recruitment unlikely to stop at six.

Dessers has turned out for the likes of NAC Breda, FC Utrecht, Genk and Feyenoord while he is also capped for Nigeria at international level. He will now take on the next challenge of his career at Ibrox after penning a long-term deal.
He told the Rangers website: “I am really happy, it is a big relief to finally be here. There have been some long days and some stressful days, but it is a great feeling to finally be here.
"The history of the club, the fans, the stadium, it's massive but next to that I look at what is here at this moment. I had really good talks with Michael Beale about his plans, the ideas of what he wants on and off the pitch and I thought that could be a really good fit for me and for the team so I am happy to be here."
