Customer thanks Best Buy employee as ‘sir, so they refuse to serve him and gets corporate involved: ‘only exists in America’

A Best Buy shopper said he only wanted a laptop when a short exchange over the word “sir” ended with the staff refusing to complete the sale. In a TikTok video posted by abjfa6, the customer appears on camera in a green shirt and describes what he said happened inside the store.

He said he told the worker, “I said, thank you, sir. That’s it. You’re going to grab me a laptop, ma’am.”
