A North West customer service firm is on a major recruitment drive with 400 jobs on offer.

FM Outsource, a Bury-based provider of customer services, is launching a peak season recruitment drive to provide for its UK clients including Superdrug, Hotel Chocolat, FedEx and Pret A Manger.

The firm said that its annual peak season is approaching and it is looking to recruit around 400 new customer service advisors for both remote and office-based roles.
