It's more 'mucka' than mocha, more 'cafe oh no' than cafe au lait and, when it comes to cappuccino, it's more like cra... well, you get the idea.
A customer has taken several photos of a filthy Costa Coffee machine at a shop in Carmarthenshire, Wales, and even the the most caffeine addicted would struggle not to be put off by them.
Joshua Thomas took pictures of the hot drink brand's self-serve machine machine at the Llandovery branch of Co-op on January 20, February 2, March 28, March 29, and April 11.

WalesOnline reported that he'd been visiting the store since January this year and had been keeping a track record of the state of the machine after noticing it appeared somewhat less than inviting.
In a post on social media, Joshua said: "I’m am writing this on behalf of the people who actually use Costa Coffee machines.
"I am a big coffee drinker and used to use these machines very often but I have decided to make my own to take to work.
"I've made Co-op (Llandovery) aware of this situation which didn’t go so well as three workers started questioning why I’m taking photos and what I intended on doing with them."
He added that he returned over a period of months to see if the machine would get cleaned at some point - but to no avail, it seems.
"This coffee machine is the worst one I’ve ever seen," he added.
A spokesperson for Co-op, said: "Hygiene and food safety are of utmost importance to us and the Costa Coffee machine is cleaned daily as part of strict standards in store.
"However, we are introducing new cleaning methods to ensure the machine stays clean during busy periods."
