Prime Video's adult animated series, 'The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy,' brings together all five Culkin brothers for the first time, with Kieran Culkin voicing one of the main characters, Dr. Plowp. The show's executive producer and co-star, Natasha Lyonne, played a pivotal role in making this collaboration happen. Kieran's suggestion to involve his brothers in the project led to a unique twist in the storyline, aligning perfectly with the character dynamics.
The series also features the talents of Maya Rudolph, who not only voiced a character but also served as an executive producer. The casting process for the lead roles of the two brilliant female alien doctors involved analyzing interviews from YouTube talk shows to ensure a seamless fit between the actresses, Stephanie Hsu and Keke Palmer.
