Heading into the summer, there plenty of fresh questions even as Todd Boehly and co finally completed their purchase of the club.
The departures of Marina Granovskaia and Petr Cech, in addition to the likes of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen left a number of gaps to fill and Boehly, as an interim-sporting director has made some headway with the additions of Kalidou Koulibaly, Raheem Sterling and Carney Chukwuemeka.
