A new co-working and flexible office hub which opened in Birmingham last summer has reached full occupancy - prompting the company to expand its presence in the city.
Derby-based Cubo launched its first West Midlands venue in Two Chamberlain Square on the Paradise project and has become the quickest of its sites to reach full capacity, according to the company.
As a result, there are now plans to take another floor of the same building, adding to its 24,000 sq ft, fourth-floor hub which counts accountancy firm Cooper Parry and marketing specialist M3 Agency among its tenants.
Cubo was only founded in 2020 by Marc and Rebecca Brough, a husband and wife team of property investors, and now has co-working hubs in Derby, Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield.
Mr Brough said: "Location, great space to work from and flexibility are the main drivers for ambitious businesses. Two Chamberlain Square is a fantastic building, which is an integral part of the city's premier civic square.
"Cubo has quickly become an established part of the city's business community and we look forward to expanding our presence here in the coming months."
