Flexible workspace provider Cubo is expanding its operations in Birmingham after launching in the city last year.
The Derby-based company has taken half a floor of space, equating to 11,600 sq ft, at Two Chamberlain Square on the Paradise estate.
Cubo opened its existing 24,000 sq ft space last summer where it runs co-working and hotdesking facilities and dedicated offices to rent.
Managing director Marc Brough said: "Encouraged by our huge success to date at Paradise, our move to increase our footprint underlines our strategy of building a national presence of co-working spaces for millennial and generation Z-led SMEs and corporate clients.
"With locations in the very heart of thriving city centres like Birmingham, with transport connections on the doorstep and proximity to like-minded organisations and individuals, we are establishing essential new workplaces built on accessibility for the full range of clients."
Ross Fittall, senior development manager with Paradise's development and asset manager MEPC, said: "Cubo has proved itself a significant addition to the Paradise offer and is a great match for our clients and the city's business community when looking for co-working space.
"We're confident Cubo will continue to be an established part of the city's business community and a real asset for the Paradise estate."
