In a crucial mid-season encounter of IPL 2025, the under-performing Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will lock horns with a revitalised Delhi Capitals (DC) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Saturday afternoon. With both teams looking to consolidate their playoff credentials, all eyes will be on the mouth-watering duel between wrist-spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Noor Ahmad.
The dry, spin-friendly surface in Chennai and the sapping afternoon heat are expected to level the contest. DC’s Kuldeep, in red-hot form with an exceptional economy rate of 5.25, is poised to play a key role. On the other side, Afghanistan’s Noor Ahmad has been equally impressive, claiming nine wickets at 6.83, making him a dangerous customer during the middle overs.
