PATNA: Shubham Kumar, topper of civil services examination (CSE)-2020 and a native of Katihar, has been allotted Bihar cadre. He will now be posted in Bihar after the completion of his first-phase training of IAS officers at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie.
Shubham, a 2021-batch IAS officer, will be the third Bihari CSE topper after Amir Subhani (1987-batch) and Sunil Kumar Barnwal (1997-batch) who got opportunities to serve their home state.
