Crystal Palace defender picked in Harry Redknapp XI alongside Manchester City and Arsenal stars

Harry Redknapp Crystal Palace Palace Arsenal Chris Richards Eddie Nketiah Erling Haaland Chelsea EPL Newcastle

Crystal Palace defender Chris Richards has made it into Harry Redknapp’s team of the week after displays against Manchester United and Newcastle United.

The American centre-back was brought into the starting line-up in the 1-1 draw against Man United at Selhurst Park in midweek, with Joachim Andersen out injured.

Richards performed well alongside Marc Guehi and put in another solid performance against Newcastle at the weekend, with Palace keeping a clean sheet in a goalless draw with the Magpies.
