Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi receives England call as Gareth Southgate names 28-man squad

England manager Gareth Southgate has included Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi in his latest Three Lions squad ahead of their Nations League fixtures against Italy and Germany.

The 22-year-old has featured in all six of the Eagles' Premier League matches this season and already has three senior caps to his name, having made his debut back in March.

Having swapped west London for south London when joining Palace from Chelsea last summer, already the Englishman's decision to leave Stamford Bridge in search of regular game time in the top-flight has paid off, having spent a season-and-a-half on loan in the Championship with Swansea beforehand.
