Crysencio Summerville is one of a host of Leeds United stars who could leave this summer in the wake of relegation. The talented winger enjoyed a promising Premier League campaign despite the team's struggles, and this form has reportedly attracted the attention of both Everton and Sevilla.
Summerville recently refused to commit his future at Elland Road beyond the summer, admitting ahead of the Netherlands' involvement in this summer's under-21s European Championships that he did not 'know' if he would stay with the Whites. The 21-year-old does still have three years left to run on his current contract, but the Whites' could find their resolve to keep the winger tested soon.
Daniel Farke is expected to be the new man in the dugout for Leeds, with the appointment of the former Norwich City boss on hold due to the club's impending takeover. It remains to be seen how Farke or any new manager would like to shape the squad, with a number of player sales likely on the horizon.
Carlton Palmer believes Leeds will be keen to keep hold of Summerville, given the former Feyenoord prospect has already made 40 senior appearances for the club. However, the pundit believes the opinion of the new manager and the size of any transfer bid will determine whether the winger will be in the squad come the opening-day encounter with Cardiff City.

He told Football League World: “As you can imagine, with Leeds United being relegated from the Premier League last season there is a lot of interest in their better players. Crysencio Summerville, the young, talented winger signed from Feyenoord three years ago [is one of those].
“Leeds would probably like to keep hold of the player given his age and his undoubted ability. Crysencio played 28 games for Leeds last season in the Premier League.
“I think a lot will depend on if the new head coach of Leeds believes he can cope with the rigors of the Championship, you know three games a week and it comes thick and fast. Or another club matches Leeds’ valuation of the player.”
