Heartbreaking footage shows a cruel owner making his pet French bulldog chase his car as drives away - for 'exercise'.
Video footage shows the alleged incident, which happened on November 16. In the footage the small dog can be seen running down the middle of the road, behind the moving car, which can be seen intermittently putting on its brake lights as the pet, wearing a lead type harness, desperately tries to catch up with it.
The horrifying incident was captured by a passer-by, who claims they saw the Volkswagen driving 'at about 20mph with its hazards on', with the desperate pup chasing behind it, reports the Liverpool Echo. She claims challenged the owner, who allegedly told her he was “walking his dog” and to “mind her own business” as he “always did this.”
