Crude Falls to a 2-Week Low on Chinese Energy Demand Concerns

March WTI crude oil (CLH25) today is down -1.38 (-1.85%), and March RBOB gasoline (RBH25) is down -0.0185 (-0.89%).

Crude and gasoline prices tumbled to 2-week lows today and are moderately lower.  Crude prices are under pressure today due to the concern that weakness in China's economy will keep its energy demand depressed.  Also, today's stock slump has sparked a risk-off sentiment in asset markets.  Losses in crude are limited as the dollar index (DXY00) fell to a 5-week low.
