Crown Estate unveils two major developments in the heart of London's West End

Crown Estate London Piccadilly

Two major new developments in the heart of London’s West End have been unveiled by the the Crown Estate.

The corporation said the schemes are part of the largest expansion programme in its history and will add almost 170,000 sq ft of office, retail and hospitality space in a bid to modernise some of the capital's best-known historic buildings.
