Cristiano Ronaldo crowned iconic Man Utd counter-attack which still can't be beaten

Thirteen years ago, Cristiano Ronaldo scored one of the greatest braces of all-time for Manchester United in the Champions League semi-final against Arsenal.

The Red Devils went into the second-leg with a 1-0 lead and they managed to add to it, winning 3-1 on the night and 4-1 on aggregate to book their place in the final against Barcelona.

John O'Shea's header gave them the advantage from the first-leg and it took United just eight minutes to open the scoring at the Emirates Stadium. Ji-Sung Park pounced on Kieran Gibbs' slip for a close-range finish.
