Crimes on a downward spiral: Andhra Pradesh home minister Taneti Vanitha

AMARAVATI: Home minister Taneti Vanitha on Thursday said that the crimes against women have come down in the state in the last three years.

The minister said that AP was first in the country in filing chargesheeets within stipulated deadline. Ridiculing TDP’s false campaign on atrocities against women, the minister said that number of crimes against women were much higher during the Naidu’s regime.
