
A state premier elected on a "tough on crime" campaign has been accused of cherry-picking data after introducing controversial reforms.
Queensland Premier David Crisafulli has claimed victim of crime numbers dropped in the first six months of 2025, saying he had begun to "turn things around" since the 2024 election.
