The theft court case involving the woman who was embroiled in a texting saga with former Australian Test cricket captain Tim Paine has been further delayed by issues around information disclosure.
Renee Ferguson is accused of stealing thousands of dollars and memberships from former employer Cricket Tasmania, where she worked as a receptionist from 2015-17.
She appeared briefly in Hobart Magistrates Court on Thursday via video link.
The court was told Ferguson's legal team was yet to review a large bundle of disclosure documents provided to them on Tuesday.
The case has been plagued by delays since Ferguson was charged by police about four years ago.
Ferguson in July parted ways with high-profile lawyer Greg Barns SC and has since found new legal representation.
Magistrate Michael Daly expressed his frustration at the slow progress, as well as the non-appearance of Ferguson's new lawyer Todd Kovacic.
"It seems as though nothing's moving," Mr Daly said.
He adjourned the matter until October 26 and told legal parties to provide a list of witnesses and estimates of the time it would take them to give evidence, ahead of a trial.
"I want the issues narrowed as much as possible ... we kind of are at square one," Mr Daly said.
Ferguson has previously pleaded not guilty to 63 counts of stealing and two counts of dishonestly acquiring a financial advantage.
She allegedly stole cash, Cricket Tasmania junior and platinum memberships and a Hobart Hurricanes family membership.
Ferguson is seeking financial compensation in the Federal Court in a separate matter, claiming she was sexually harassed by Paine and Cricket Tasmania staff.
Paine stepped down as Test captain in November 2021 in the lead-up to the Ashes series against England after explicit messages he sent to Ferguson years earlier became public.
