Cribbs Causeway has become home to the world's first ever wax melt vending machine. The vending machine is located next to John Lewis, and has over 40 scents to choose from.
Wax melts are similar to candles in that they are scented pieces of wax. However, they are completely wick-less and the smell is activated when they are melted in a warmer.
The vending machine been designed by home and body brand Sassy Shop Wax, and founder Keely Parsons, 25, said: "It’s like a dream come true. I can remember going to the mall on the weekend with my friends when I was in school, the fact that you can now shop products we created there makes me so proud!

"It’s been a 6 month long project, we wanted a shop for so long but with Covid and the pressures of rising expenses, I’m so grateful to be able to create a new shopping experience through a convenient self service space! I'm very excited, I think it’s so important to create an experience for the customer and the machine does that, all without a shop!"
