A box of unusual "dolls" has been found in Edinburgh during a cleanup operation.
The Water of Leith Conservation Trust found a box of what it called "Voodoo dolls" while cleaning the "river, walkway and surrounding streets in Leith".
The four dolls appear to be wrapped in fabric and string, with wooden polls piercing them to look like arms.

The unusual objects were found in a black and red box, with unidentified markings on the inside.
Taking to Twitter to share the news, the Water of Leith Conservation Trust wrote: "Impressive haul of rubbish from the river, walkway & surrounding streets in #leith.
"We collected sacks of plastic, bike, two chairs, mattress & cupboard. We even found Voodoo Dolls!"
Before long, the post had received dozens of retweets, likes, and comments from curious Twitter users.
One said: "Blimey!"
"Put those dolls back right now," warned a second.
A third asked: "An unusual thing located in a litter pick. Anyone know what that symbol means?"
"Sigil of Belial, this is getting weird and I like it," answered a fourth, referring to an ancient satanic marking, though the actual engraving differs slightly.
"That's *almost* the sigil of Belial on the inside of the lid there," echoed another.
